Jun 14 2015 I struggled to find a home i wanted to move my dad into. I looked at a couple but either found them unfriendly or only interested in finances. My dad is our priority and we only wanted what was in his best interests. On arriving at Allambie court the nurse was very accommodating. The nurse showed us around and even what room my dad would have if he was accepted or if we liked it. The nurse asked questions about my dad and was very knowledgeable of things being an RMN. The management who are also RMN was very helpful and also informed us of what we needed to know. Once we accepted and my dad arrived, all the staff treated him as if he had been there a long time. I have found my dad has settled in well and we are informed regularly. The staff are caring and treat my dad as an individual. I would recommend this to others. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone at Allambie Court.
