Jun 14 2018 My father recently stayed at Hethersett Hall for 10 days, It was our families first experience of a care home setting. We were welcomed with warmth, kindness and understanding. The care given was as if the staff were looking after their own family member which was all any one can ask. They gave excellent care giving reassurance and support when needed to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was beautiful clean and well maintained, All staff from housekeeping to admin were friendly and would always help if asked. I can only say it was a very positive experience.
