Tell me about Woodland...Situated on the outskirts of St Austell, Woodland is a relatively small home with 36 bedrooms. This cosy home is loved and respected by the local community.

Of traditional layout, the home is welcoming and warm, and we are told by visitors that there is a real sense of family fun throughout. We are very proud of the sensory garden at Woodland, enclosed and secure, it is surrounded by beautiful trees and we have fitted wooden hand rails so that everyone can enjoy it. For those who like to sit in the sun, there are seats and benches and just to make the picture perfect, there are bird tables allowing us to watch our feathered friends.&

Tell me about the care...At Woodland we cater for clients requiring residential and dementia support.& Our staff add to the family atmosphere and are a great team. We pride ourselves on our sensitivity and all of our staff are trained to deliver care and support of the highest quality. We take the time to build loving, meaningful and supportive relationships which, after all, is nothing less than you deserve.

What opportunities are there? & As mentioned previously, we love fun at Woodland and believe that happiness and laughter are great for the soul. As a result we talk to those living with us to find out what makes them happy – and then we do it. From bus trips to baking and dominoes to dancing, if it makes our clients happy, then we are happy.& We would really like to meet you, do contact us and come and visit!
