Aug 17 2015 Manager stated they could meet the needs of the resident but not the families. Family voiced concerns about staff to residents ratio...4 staff for 20 residents, what happens when you have someone who requires two to one, that leaves 2 to 19...resident has dehydration issues , family asked about food and fluid charts and about blood testing...They would need to see what the GP surgery said...we also asked about 1 to 1 feeding support, which no answer was given, but we stated we would be more than happy to cone in and do lunchtime.... We offered to meet with the manager to discuss these concerns but they refused..stating there was no point their decision us finally. There is nothing unusual in concerns about staffing levels or the safety of someone but clearly family are not supposed to voice them.
