Oct 23 2015 My father has lived at the Home for the last three years and in that time he has loved every minute. The staff are friendly and approachable, the Manager is always available to talk to and if I've had any queries they acted immediately on them and showed how important my feelings are.

They've recently had a large change in staff and the care has decreased drastically. On my last visit, I witnessed multiple staff in the staff room together sitting about while multiple residents called out for assistance. The residents were ignored and left to shout from their chairs. If residents are treated that way in front if visitors, it makes me wonder what happens behind closed doors! I've had reports from my grandmother that she's been put to bed very early regularly so the staff don't have to care for her. Until they can employ some competent staff, I strongly advise to avoid the White House!
