Sep 16 2015 It was my daughters first eye test and was scared and played up a bit.The manager had a little chat with her & put her mind at ease. She was prescribed a new prescription. The manager spent nearly hour with us helping Ellen to chose her frames which she is delighted with. The rest of the team we're super friendly too. It was a warm, friendly experience and I will most definitely be returning for my sight test.

Apr 14 2014 I have booked for a contact lenses initial test at Tesco Basildon, I was told I will receive a free trial lenses that I should I try and let that know before ordering extra pairs. I was told I will be informed by phone when they come. I never received a call even after 20 days and when I contacted the store I was told they did not receive the trail yet and will reorder. Even after reordering its been 10 days and I still have no update.
