Called castle opticians today worried about my eyes following a recent surgery complication. Since the operation my eyes have been blood shot and dull and do not look normal to me, I have been worried about pressure in my eyes . The person who answered the phone was great, really helpful. Even though there were no appointment slots available and said that they will speak to the optician and call me back. They called me back as promised and advised me that they had spoken with the optician who has agreed to slot me in and check me over. Could not have asked for better service!!! The service was so personal and caring and the optician and receptionist both went above and beyond my expectations for service. Would 100% recommended this opticians and it will now be where I go in the future.
