Feb 27 2016 Every time I have had an appointment for my contact lens check up I have waited for over ten minutes which I have never complained about but as I can only book on weekends and have little time as it is, waiting for over half an hour is infuriating. I think it's unacceptable to book a time with a paying customer who is then going to wait for 40 minutes to be seen for 2 minutes. I'm seriously considering leaving this practice as I think customer care needs to be looked at if not the organisation and set up that they practice.

Sep 23 2023 Turned away for being 10 minutes late having also tried to ring them to inform them I was stuck in traffic. Then kept waiting at the desk! Yes, they are quite happy to keep you waiting when they’re running late. Shocking service
