Was simple to register with them and worked appointment around work. Felt like my eyes were examined thoroughly by a friendly, professional optician. Needed new glasses and there was a reasonable choice of frames. The only downside was the lack of someone to help with choice. Nobody could help advise what suited which I had been used to elsewhere. Service and ordering was good, delivery was quick and fitting very well. Overall a good experience.
