I went to asda St Austell to book my appointment for eye test which was due in march and contact check both together as I have done in the past, but was told I was unable to get eye test until June, so I was booked in just for contact appointment for March 8th which I attended the contact I previously had were discontinued so ordered another for me to try I was pleased I was going on holiday April 3rd and I was told that I would have them in plenty of time. By the 26th of march I heard nothing from asda so that morning I rang them and my contract were in luckily I was able to have a appointment at 2 30 that afternoon, when I got there I was asked if I have a up to date precipitation I said no I was told I couldn't get one until June it then turns out I couldn't get my contacts the assistant who I had spoken to that morning was full of the apologies which didn't help me, she did not notice that I didn't have a up to date prescription when she spoke to me that morning so why was I not told this when I was given the the appointment for contact check I could have gone to another opticians and got it done, so now I have no contacts for my holiday which is very annoying and wasting my time if only they did there job properly. |

I used your Optical department recently and could not believe the prices, I managed to get a pair of Oakley glasses for an incredible £150 I thought they'd got it wrong until I realised that price was indeed correct even if I needed varifocals that would have been the same price.
What a bargain!! |
