Return to tescos little barford today glasses not 6 monthes old arm broken... Told could do nothing about this as I had either pushed them on my head or taken them off with one hand... How doesn't do either of these things when the glasses are only for reading ...surely if they are so fragile a warning letter should be put in each glasses case... Won't be using Tescos again

I was given a date by Tesco Opticians when my glasses would be ready. I rang on that date, but was kept waiting for twenty minutes while I was told me that my call was important, clearly not. I decided to go to the store as it would be quicker. On arrival, I gave all my details, and the person asked me a couple of times if my order was for just lenses, or a repair. Surely the system must tell them that! My glasses had not been delivered as promised. I then requested if there was anything they could do to progress them as I was going on holiday. I was told no, they were not prepared to make a phone call to cahse them up, just replied, come back tomorrow they may be in then. Shocking customer service. Will never use them again.
