Walked into Barrhead store today, got ignored and then I said ‘ I am here to collect my new glasses please’ and the woman looks up angrily and says ‘can’t you see I am on my own today, you’ll need to come back!’ Terrible service! The last time I went into collect them I got ignored, the shop is a joke
