We were staying in Burford for a few days holiday two weeks ago when I woke up one morning with a heavy nose bleed. I went to Reavley's Chemists in the village who directed me to a local doctor's surgery where my bleed was cauterised soon after. Patched up I returned to thank the staff and Proprietor the next day to thank them for their help and for enabling us to to move on to the next leg of our holiday. A good news story for Reavley Dispensing Chemist and Burford in general.

I use this chemist regularly since coming to Burford 15 years ago. The service is always second to none and the staff consistently helpful. Recently i have had serious health issues and i am on rather a lot of medication and have been struggling to work out the correct times to take these tablets. After a one on one consultation with the pharmacist he explained exactly what i should do and set my mind at rest. Also he showed me the correct use of the blood pressure machine, which i have been advised to use for a week. I left the shop feeling a huge weight had been taken off of my shoulders. During the past eighteen months i have had a huge amount of stress with three family members being diagnosed with cancer. I have come to this chemist and been helped so much just by talking about this awful situation, especially when things became difficult to bear. Another way they helped me was helping me to give up smoking. Help and advice received was second to none and i was able to be smoke free when my granddaughter was born 12 years ago, which is something i thought impossible. I would recommend this chemist to anyone.
