I have visited the pharmacy on several occasions, mainly to deal with a repeat prescription I have. I was told I could have my prescription on auto renewal to save me the constant trips to our local doctors. Unfortunately this has not worked on the last three attempts but the same member of staff who has dealt with me has been unnecessarily rude and extremely abrupt. The customer care and his manner has been quite shocking. Due to this I have now requested to deal with my prescriptions myself. I would like to add the the other members of staff have always been very polite and helpful.
