Absolutely awful. They never have anything in stock, and one of the assistants is rude and brusque. I'm sticking with Boots!

This pharmacy has gone downhill since the change over from Lloyds. My prescription is never ready, they tell you go back the follow day, again it’s never ready. I recently had four attempts over 10 days to collect it, by that time I was out of all my medication. On several occasions the shop has been full of very cross customers waiting a long time to be served only to be told their prescription wasn’t ready, no one seems to know what they are doing. I live quite a distance from Hexham making it difficult to get out. I have now changed to another pharmacy, far more organised and efficient as well and always pleasant.The staff at Lloyds were always so efficient and organised have been going there for many years. This newly owned pharmacy won’t last, I’ve heard so many unhappy people in there.

I have always found Lloyds to be very good until today. Lady with the grey hair and glasses is amongst the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude and argumentative. No wonder the google reviews are so poor.
