I decided to collect my prescription medication from Stans pharmacy some time ago. I was fed up with the surgery in Oswestry where car parking in the surgery car park is so bad. I have to travel from Selattyn by car as there is no public transport and anyway I enjoy a shop at Stans. I have always found the staff very helpful and cheerful. I now have my flu jabs by the pharmacist- No waiting no pain. Convenient too for the free parking.

I used to go to Gobowen as the past pharmacist here wasn’t very discreet, but all that’s changed now. I call in for lots of things as well as prescriptions. Very helpful staff.

We are so lucky to have such a caring and knowledgeable pharmacy in the village. The pharmacists are always happy to help with minor problems to save a trip to the GP and will also advise on the best non prescription remedy. I regularly have my blood pressure checked which, again saves going to the surgery and waiting (and waiting). Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
