Have been in a lot of pain with a foot infection and the doctor sent my prescription electronically to the pharmacy , however the antibiotics were making me feel dreadful so I rang the pharmacy for advice and was told they would contact surgery for an alternative medicine , and within two hours I had a call to say my new prescription was ready , I was so grateful to the shop manager whom I felt gave excellent customer service especially as now a few hours later I am starting to feel a little better, so thank you to all the staff at this friendly little pharmacy Reply from Well Plymouth - Bampfylde Way Tue, 28 May 2019 17:05:46 +0100 Hello, Thank you for your message informing us of the great service you received, from our Well Plymouth - Bampfylde Way. I've visited this pharmacy on various occasions and always found the pharmacist very knowledgeable in current medications am on and other members of staff very friendly and accommodating. Staff were very rude to me and took for ages getting my prescripion becaue they were chatting to each other!
