Very rude manager, spends most of her time patronising staff infront of customers. 5 minutes waiting for a prescription if I worked there I would have walked out! There is being a manager and then there is being a bully! Old staff were great no wonder always new faces being under that woman

Lovely pharmacist Rob, always spends time and goes above for his patients. Staff are nice apart from the manager very rude and talks down to people. Witness her talking about patients wile I was sat waiting for my medication, she then came out and continued wile she was telling her staff how rubbish they had done in the shop! What a vile woman put boots down having a manager like that, when I asked for the manager to talk about what I previously heard by her she said it was her! I then walked out so shocked at this lady behaviour and service. The pharmacist is amazing why not make him the manager I’m sure you would have most of Plymouth at your store with his service and care. Moving pharmacy’s do not want to be under this store with this woman being in charge of mine and my flamilys medication at all. One word VILE BULLY
