The Pharmacist is having problems getting a brand of a stomach medicine, but instead of issuing a different brand as instructed by a doctor in a repeat prescription, the pharmacist just says the item is out of stock and come back another day. This has been going on for a month almost, now the Pharmacist is refusing to to take back some stomach mixture that they mixed in the store, which has gone off a day after it was provided. Instead the unhelpful pharmacist suggested buying Gaviscon from the shop, when the prescription should itself have allowed them to supply Gaviscon as an alternative to the out of stock alternative brand. What's going on with this pharmacy to ignore doctors prescriptions.

Useless. Pharmacist wouldnt allow us to get over the counter cream/drops for our daughter with conjunctivitis. This was At the weekend.. so had to resort to 111 waited 16 hours for 111callback from dr. Daughter in alot of discomfort all night! Pharmacist could Have easily assisted.. but was rude and very unprofessional
