poor service they gossip at the back of the shop and slagging customer off and they never answer their phone the waits times are a joke need more staff in there and staff that don’t gossip round the back knowing there are massive ques | ||||||

The staff at Polkyth chemist need some operation training one staff a young overweight woman seems to be tired and confused with what she has to do as she constantly frong and speak harshly to old age patients who maybe cannot hear to well this young girl needs training inn customer service she appears to be confused as to what is her role in this covic19 times | ||||||

I have always used this chemist for many years for both my late parents and my ongoing medication. The staff have always been very helpful and polite, and no matter how busy they are make themselves available for advice.
If there is a wait it's due to being there at a busy time. Thank you for your excellent service, where would we be without you! | ||||||
