We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I attended at this pharmacy on Monday 19th June 2017 as I had been bitten by a horse fly the previous day and was unable to see my GP.
I had just finished a course of antibiotics that day and didn't want to self subscribe so I sought advice from the pharmacist. They advised to use antihistamine and hydrocortisone cream which I purchased.
They then gave me some invaluable advised as to what to do next should my symptoms not subside. Needless to say I ended up at casualty as the bite had become infected and turned to cellulitis.
So had it not been for this excellent advise and support I would have probably been extremely poorly as I am now aware of the seriousness of my condition. Original Comment Report...

My Mother & Myself have been using this Well Pharmacy for years, & It's a pleasure to visit.
The staff are lovely, very polite, friendly & very professional. The premises are clean & to me
very well organised. The service is prompt & if you have any problems whatsoever, they are always very willing to help in any way.

As a customer with long term health problems, I find the pharmacist extremely helpful and always willing to advise on any new medication I may receive.
