I am really glad to say that switching to Manor Pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions was well worthwhile. After over 2 years using another pharmacy with a problem every single time Manor Pharmacy got it right first time! They dealt with my prescription promptly and efficiently and even took the trouble to phone when the prescription was ready.

I have been using Manor Pharmacy for many years now. The staff are always absolutely lovely, and take time to explain everything. Recently I had spinal surgery. The pharmacy collected my prescription from my GP surgery, and tried to deliver when I was sleeping, so sadly I missed them. On calling the pharmacy the following morning, they were extremely understanding of my condition, and the fact I was recovering from major surgery, and delivered my prescription at a time that fitted in with my current recovery schedule. The assistant who works there, took time out of their busy schedule to deliver in the late afternoon, when their delivery driver had already finished for the day! I can not thank the team at Gee Cross Manor Pharmacy enough; especially the assistant that works there. If there were awards or accolades in the UK for pharmacies, this pharmacy would be very hard to beat.

The pharmacist is gentle and is confident in their knowledge, helpful with your diagnosis, helpful with offering savings for non branded alternatives etc. etc. Since going to Manor Pharmacy I never have to worry about my prescription - the pharmacist deals with it! Its always there when it should be. I now consider the pharmacist a friend and that is a rarity these days as most shop keepers/staff couldn't give a monkeys about you in real life.
