You wait over a week for your prescription, then when you go to pick them up it’s still not ready. They never, ever pick up the phone and the staff are rude. I think who ever owns this really needs to start again with new staff who are capable of running this pharmacy.

I'm local and this has been my pharmacy for years , but after today's experience, I will not go there, until they change their staff. Reason: rude, unhelpful, not taking any responsibility for the error made, whilst they had previously taken the note on my request ( to supply me with particular brands; once done I don't have to think about it). It helps me to not mix up my dose of pills, otherwise I get the same size containing different doze and I truly suffer.What they didn't do is record the 2 brands I asked them to but instead recorded which they shouldn't do. This is what I discovered about 2 yrs later, while they messed up few times in between.They then accused me for not knowing the brands by heart. However, I always have pills on me so I showed them and they clearly had a brand name on them. I said 'here is the brand', one of them went ' you don't know the brand', again 'here's the brand' , 'you don't know the brand', on repeat, I just couldn't listen to stupidity anymore and walked out. Once I went to other pharmacy, straight away they read info on the pills I had on me, easily identified the brand because it is written on them. My doctor and staff was appalled and suggested I change the pharmacy . Previously and not long ago they shut the door few mins before 7. I was not late but rather just in time to go in and get out , found the door shut earlier knocked and spoke to the guy who kept saying ' There's nothing I can do' . In other words ' I am choosing not to' . No problem, I am choosing to not deal with them anymore , I had enough.
