I nominated this chemist after seeing all the wonderful reviews. The majority of my expectations were fulfilled. However there’s one member of staff who I can not fathom; confidentiality is thrown out of the window. I have a disorder which unfortunately I need medication for, but having to shout my condition and my dr etc around a full shop of people is unacceptable. It’s not the first time this has happened and I’ve left again feeling quite upset. In return the attitude and response was to ignore me. However a lady at the end who I spoke to was lovely and apologised. The question is do I now have to change my chemist? CONFIDENTIALLY IS TO BE STRICTLY OBLIGED BY.

Morecambe Bay Chemist is in my opinion is the best there is.They have delivered out of hours to me, the only one that I know of that does this. The staff are very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Iwould highly reccommend this chemist give them a go you won't be dissapointed.

i Have been visiting this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and have always found them professional, helpful, knowledgable and pleasant. I live in Heysham so it is not the nearest but is the best by far. The staff are always on hand and recently after my medication changed he rang me a week later to check up on me - that’s what I call caring and consideration. The ladies who work there are also very helpful and always have a smile on their faces whilst sometimes having to deal with difficult customers Please use this independent pharmacy we need it. Thanks again.
