I have been using this pharmacy for years and it has always been amazing - but not now. What an earth is going on!! I have attempted 3 times now to pick up an order and each time the pharmacist has been on their dinner - at 4 o’clock? At 3 o’clock and also at 1.30 and the assistant can not hand out the medication. If the male pharmacist is in he won’t hand out medication if the assistant isn’t there. Apparently different pharmacists have different dinners dependent on who is in. But how do I know who is in ? Will be moving to another dispenser - at least I know someone will be there to give me my medication. Wish me luck picking this last one up - feeling frustrated. | ||||||

I have been a patient of this pharmacy for over 3 years. My grandma has been a patient for over 8. Throughout our whole experience, this pharmacy has gone above and beyond for us. Being a dispensing pharmacist myself elsewhere, I can appreciate how hard the job is. However, I have never been met with anything other than full attention and dedication from the staff and senior pharmacist. I trust this pharmacy. If I ever have any problems with my prescription on the GPs side, the pharmacy staff are always more than happy to help and make sure I leave the pharmacy with what I need. Their dedication to their duty of care is admirable. Cannot thank the pharmacy and staff enough for their care and dedication over the years. | ||||||
