This shop has a tiny pharmacy section. Whenever I go in there I see the staff frantically crossing paths back and forth doing their best to keep up with demand coming through constantly from Bilbrook Medical Centre as they are the closest chemist to the doctors surgery, also Bilbrook people select it as their most local collection point for all their monthly repeat medication aswell which obviously also adds to the load and is probably why this small chemist sometimes gets very busy with long waiting times..but I do not believe this is the fault of the staff..they are always nice to talk to and very apologetic whenever there are long delays.!
