Been pharmacy 3times this week, was told it would be ready to collect this afternoon, now before the lady knew how bigger quaunty it was she said will not be ready now till tomorrow. All it was, was one item, which l should have had this Monday. Today is Thursday, really been let down. I will now go somewhere else, like Somerset where at least people keep to their word. Very, very poor service.

Turned away from the pharmacy counter although I was in the queue because the pharmacist wanted a break!
