When one orders a repeat prescription in plenty of time and it still isn't ready on the appointed day, it really isn't good enough. This had now happened twice recently - and particularly difficult the first time when I was without my medication over a weekend. Original Comment Report...

To whom it may concern, It will be more professional to give the patient a piece of paper to write down their name surname date of birth, poste code or their complete address as every one at the reception hearing the details of every customer in the doctor surgery and at the chemist I do that my self always.
