We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Have been handling a very complicated set of medications for a relative recently. The staff simply couldn't have been more helpful in sorting things out for me, contacting the GP surgery etc. No hesitation at all in recommending the pharmacy to other people. Original Comment Report...

On a good day there can be 4 members of staff behind the counter and yet there will always be a long queue to be served. The consultation room is a good facility unless the pharmacist gets tied up with a patient and then you have a 25 minutes wait for your script to be made up as no-one else can dispense it. The staff seem more interested in their colleagues rather than the people queuing up for help and advice. It is not a warm and friendly service. I have asked my GP to stop sending my prescriptions there as they are never ready when they are supposed to be and I have to go back another day and queue all over again. Original Comment Report...

My family and I have been patients of this surgery for over 20 years. In that time I have always found the reception staff to be polite and efficient. I have always felt that the doctors and nurses have been approachable, friendly and informative. The waiting times in the waiting room have always been reasonable but getting an appointment within 2 weeks has recently been impossible. This, I feel is a national problem and not the fault of the surgery. Original Comment Report...
