I went to cohens on skerton yesterday after 4 and I was in there an hour ! The girl on the till was useless and couldn’t manage anything , I counted 5 people in the back but I still had an hr wait , ridiculous

After putting my prescription, one week later went to Pharmacy to collect my Prescription. Member of staff checked on system and nothing was there and said to contact the Surgery. Checked with Surgery and was informed it had been sent and gave me tracking number. Rang Pharmacy and now said they have it! All of this happened in 20 minutes. So back out to Pharmacy to collect, they said system needed refreshing and this is why originally it not show on system. My belief is staff are incompetent in carrying out their jobs.

Always slow service here and the queues are now horrendous. I’m lucky to be out within 30 minutes and invariably they have not got my prescription correct. Missing items etc. I’m going to switch to an online prescription service as I can’t bear having to deal with this pharmacy any longer.
