Abington help a number of my clients om a weekly basis. The volume is high but the service is very good and helpful. | ||||||

In a few occasions I went to buy different things and the advice was never accurate. Ladies are always chatting and they won't look at customers until they finish chatting. Chatting first, customers second. When I went with a prescription for my 6 weeks baby, they said "we have it, please take a seat, it won't be long". After 40 min they could not find it anywhere, they've lost the prescription. After they found it, they said "sorry, we don't have it in stock". It was Friday just before closing time. So on Saturday I went to Boots and they said "Abington Pharmacy has locked the prescription and we can't process it, they must release it to us". Tried to call them without luck, until Monday morning. A complete disgrace. What if that would be a critical medicine? | ||||||

I don't normally leave reviews but having by chance seen the score I felt obliged to comment. I have been using Abingdon Pharmacy for three years. My experience with other pharmacies in the town has been poor, but here I believe them to be excellent. When I have waited ted and watched the staff deal with all manner of customer and they have been helpful and patient at all times. When issues occur as they inevitably do, I can say they have dealt with things professionaly and with humour... I will keep using them, and no I do not have any links with them! | ||||||
