Excellent service and staff are very good and helpful

This is the local pharmacy that my Dad uses and as a family we have used them for many, many years. Words cannot express how impressed I am with their first class level of service. My father has complicated medical needs and the staff at Jade have been helping him with his prescriptions and delivering them to his home, as he is not always able to get out and about. They recently went to great trouble to clarify a problem they had spotted on one of his prescriptions. I was really impressed by this, as I know such problems can take a lot of time and effort to sort out. It's a great weight off my mind to know that the brilliant staff at Jade in Ealing Road are, in a very real sense, looking out for my Dad. I'm not always around, so it's great to know that they are totally on top of his medication needs. I know that it puts his mind at rest too. Thank you to all the staff at Jade in Ealing Road, Alperton, for your highly efficient, kind and attentive service. It is hugely appreciated by my family. Best wishes to you all.
