    Used to be a very good service, but it has deteriorated badly over recent months. Can no longer rely on delivery service.

    Needed medication and some advice prior to leaving for trip away ... pharmacist very helpful. Making it a Bon Voyage!

    Today I realised I had forgotten to request a repeat prescription for a new medication which I need to take weekly. I rang the chemist to explain the problem. The person I spoke to said she would send an urgent email request to City Walls and advised me to contact the surgery to let them know I need the medication urgently. As a result of the help given by this person (I didn't ask her name) I was able to pick up my medication within hours instead of days. Thank you
