While some of the staff are helpful, the pharmacist's are not & times when i am unable to go to the pharmacy i phone them and they very rarely answer the phone, the other day i was on the phone the other day 4 two hours and they never answered the phone so my dad had to go and he said there was 5 staff behind the counter and they still couldn't answer the phone. Disgraceful service.

I stopped using this chemist a while ago for my prescription as it normally only opens at 8 am but on several occasions much later because the chemist was late arriving. The staff are like robots programmed to grill the customers as to the reason they want the medication which is all very unnecessary. A pity really because I like the Tesco store in general but it is badly let down by this chemist

I would not advise anyone to collect their prescriptions from this pharmacy. Although the staff are pleasant and personable, invariably every time I go to collect my medication there is an issue. On several occasions they have stated that they have not received my prescription from my GP surgery which has not turned out to be the case, when I have had to question, chase and follow up each time. My experiences have made a difficult time in my life much harder and has caused totally unnecessary anxiety. I would give 0 stars if I could.
