*8 days after admitting my repeat prescription, it was still not available, as it hadn't been delivered, here's the best, was told I HAD to ring around other pharmacists to see if they could deliver the inhaler to Arnolds, this was at 4pm Friday afternoon, app this is normal! I suffer from asthma, so as i ran out on the next day it was quite important, which the assistant was informed, entered a poss life threatening condition, and was advised there was nothing they could do to help, except, next time, put the script in 2 weeks before required. Is this the way franchises work? It seems that they pass the script on then forget about it till its delivered, i'm know modern day business dont work this way, and follow up all there orders.

Was told she needed to come in herself. Asked for the cream for myself as when my wife gets rid of hers I don't want to pass it back, as men can have it and display no symptoms. Was told "You wouldn't buy it without symptoms." I stated I could be wthout symptoms, and was told "You'd have to go to your GP." Making no sense. Why would I waste GPs time and I assume the resources required for a test?
