Went to Morrisons Pharmacy on Saturday (Taunton) to cut a long story short the Pharmacist was instrumental in getting my 90 year old mother her medication when she had been given the incorrect bar code number , the Pharmacist spent time on a busy Saturday afternoon to find my mother on the computer system to find her medication and print out a barcode . Morrisons did not have that medication but she rang round to find a Pharmacist who dad have it in stock . Well done her , excellent customer service , went the extra mile. | ||||||

This is one of the worst pharmacies in Taunton. One staff member is incredibly rude and self opinionated. I have a number of health conditions as well as another member of my family who I buy for and I feel like I am interrogated by her when trying to buy certain medications that my doctor tells me to buy as it's cheaper than buying through the NHS. So incredibly rude and I am shocked that someone with her constant approach of treating me like I am some kind of addict can still keep working there as it seems I am not the only one being treated in this manner. I feel it is unjust that I am having to put up with the horrible judgement of this pharmacy when she has no idea what medical problems I have and the medication I have to take to be able to cope with it. | ||||||

When I started using this pharmacy they were good, meds usually ready in 3 days. Now I’ve waited a week and they are telling my carers to come back tomorrow for emergency medication that the doctor has sent ofer specifically to take straight away. They NEVER answer the phone, so I cannot discuss with them because I am house bound. Definitely finding a new pharmacy. | ||||||
