I became a patient at West End Surgery when my late wife and I movoed into this area. My Wife's health was not good but we were very relieved when we requested to become patients at the Practice. My wife's health was not good as she was diabetic. The Doctors and Staff were excellent and they were very caring and answered any concerns that we had about her future health. Anne's concerns were addressed in a concerned manner and with a caring approach. The Doctors were very caring and approached their diagnosis in relaxed and affirmative way. Sadly my wife passed away last year but we believed that the care she received enabled her to live a more active life. I cannot express too much my opinion of this pharmacy ! They are excellent
The 2 partners are very, very accommodating, both with their Professional expertise and their 'pastoral' approach to their customers.
I cannot recommend them enough - you WILL NOT be disappointed Original Comment Report...

I have been using west end pharmacy for years ,when they transferred from heysham Rd
The owners carried on in the same manner
I find the staff very helpful and polite on the phone ,as I am house bound
I rely on them to deliver l
Am very pleased with this pharmacy ,keep supporting the smaller
Chemists ,I don't want the big concerns pushing the smaller pharmacy
Out of business
