As a regular user I'm getting used to the customary 20mins wait. Today, with a notice stating all collections would take 20-30 mins due to the bank holidays was no exception! It was a 30 minute wait in queue only to be told in was due to be processes tomorrow- but I could wait to get it today. I had already made the team aware 2months ago that my supplies run out on Sunday and that I'm unable to pick up on Friday due to working late. This service is regularly poor. Having come home i have looked into online postal services - only to find this outlet is not signed up to this service. Please get with the times and enable this to help ease the burden for both users and staff alike. By taking off the pressure those that rely on a more personal service will be able to gain from shorter wait. I guess the potental loss of funding is why modernisation is not being progressed? Great lack of customer service!!

Waited 35 minutes for perscription only to get half of it another 10 mile round trip required the staff member couldn’t of cared less and walked away when I was speaking to her trying to find out if the missing drugs would definately be in. Pity they don’t give you the chance to get a signed perscription so you can go elsewhere and get all your meds in one go.
