How can a pharmacy NOT once but serval occasions not have a prescription ready when you’ve waited 7-10 days. In the past couple of weeks I have gone to collect a prescription for my babies who have special milk and they have either not got it ready or they have lost the prescription. They will tell you it will be ready in a couple of days. So you re-enter in couple of days and they still don’t have it ready. Yet receptionist will tell you it’s ready. The lack of communication between receptionist to pharmacy is beyond shocking. The audacity for them to then try and blame you for their mistake, is beyond me. Saying things like “well can’t you just go to a shop and buy the milk” I explained due to babies being premature the milk they are on can only be purchased by NHS. It can not be shop brought. (After all this ordeal we travelled to a different city to collect our milk.)They then said come to our store Monday and we will have it ready. To our amazement they have NO milk said it would be ready in couple of days. So we shall see!! (Oakham pharmacy- cold Overton road)
