I have had really poor experience with picking up prescriptions. Out of stock and even when you come back it is out of stock. Yesterday, because it was closing time, refused to dispense the medication having routed my prescription from another pharmacy. I kicked up a fuss so she said, I will print the prescription so that you can pick it up from anywhere. I have just tried that and the assistant has not released the prescription. So I have to queue yet again for atleast 10 mins to ask boots to release the prescription. The service is so poor . I would not recommend boots pharmacy in salisbury to anyone. I miss have used them 6 times times and each time I have had to queue 10’ibs or more only to be told out of stock, mistake in dispensing; can’t dispense as they were about to close despite the meds being in stock! Never experienced such inefficiency and incompetence. Never ever ever again!!!!! ??
