We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

This is just one of my local pharmacies but I always use it as the staff are always happy and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and if they don't have something in stock that you want they will go out of their way to get it in for you. Great prescription service too. Deliveries for those that can't get in to the shop is very helpful. Original Comment Report...

I called in today as I was in town and felt so sick and shakey I couldn't walk home. I was practically in tears I went in and asked if they could please call me a taxi (very embarrassing for me) The staff just looked at me and said they weren't from around the area, They didn't show any empathy or check how I was I said forget it I'll Google it and order myself (i have jist moved to the area so dont know any taxis)I am very disappointed that the one place I though would help me in my desperation and feeling so sick I couldn't walk failed to show such lack of care.
