I went to Boots on Thursday morning 21st march 2019 to buy some heat patches for my husband who had a painful shoulder. I took the patches from the shelf but I wanted to find some more information out about them and ask the opinion of the pharmacist. He saw me waiting at the corner of the counter and he even asked me whether I was alright and came walking towards me...When however I said to him 'I have a question regarding these patches' he immediately said 'I have prescriptions to do - ask one of my colleagues' and turned his back on me and left without any further consideration. I could understand that he had to do some prescriptions but I found the way he dealt with me rude and inconsiderate. He clearly showed me that his time was too important to deal with a question like this and to be honest I cannot understand this type of behaviour. At least he could have arranged someone else to answer my question. I found his attitude unacceptable and disappointing. Obviously I left the patches on the shelf and went to another pharmacy.

Why cant they get someone to answer the phone!? On hold for 7 minutes then just cut off!

Waited 1 hours and 20 minutes for a simple prescription. I was told an hour, only to come back and wait an extra 20 minutes. Avoid, if at all possible.
