Just looked at the reviews from 2017/18 and 2018/19
The answers given on the weaknesses are meaningless, standard responses.
I particularly note the issue of the waiting area and suggest that in both reports the response says something to the effect of 'looking into it'.
Yet nothing has changed. While I can see little opportunity for this small branch to improve in this area it annoys me to see such a trite answer. Surely much better to acknowledge they would find it difficult to improve in this aspect.
This is not the fault of the staff who I doubt get much say in the corporate 'vision' and is just indicative of the lipservice most large companies give to customer feedback. | ||||||

The staff do their best and have been courteous and caring but this branch is severely understaffed and far too small.
On many occasions my elderly disabled father has been left without his medication leaving him in pain and anxious which has been due to the prescription being ‘lost’.
Boots you need to look at the working environment of your staff - cramped, messy and stations all over.
My mother was informed yesterday that the deliveries aren’t being made so often as they haven’t the staff to undertake them!
One member of staff recently delivered medication on her way home - above and beyond her duty which was most welcomed. | ||||||

Unprofessional and unhelpful as well. Had to wait for my medicine for few days. Lack of respect for customers. I think it's enough to avoid. | ||||||
