The staff at this chemist are lovely and cheerful,friendly ladies.
I’ve just rang to say I was short by 8 pills that I collected Friday but didn’t open till Saturday afternoon. So I thought I’d better ring 1st thing Monday and they made me feel as if I was lying as I was told it is a controlled drug and it would have been double checked.
And as it was that Pharmacist that made up that script I would have to wait till Tuesday for her to come in or speak to the doctors!! So when I said it sounds like you’re saying I’m making this up I got a very abrupt response of not to get personal as it wasn’t her and to call back Tuesday but again she responded that they are a controlled drug and they would have been double checked!!
When you are unwell and in chronic pain anyway is this the way to speak to a patient?
I get that they are busy but I’m concidering changing where I get my medication from even though I live in the village. This has happened to my 85yr old neighbour also. Original Comment Report...

The management at this pharmacy is handled very well and the staff are lovely people. They have too much work to handle though and are unable to deliver medicines locally upon request. Original Comment Report...
