The pharmacist at boots is always very helpful. When I had problems obtaining a medicine for my daughter (on a weekend) at other chemists in the town they went out of their way to spend time ringing around to other contact's they had. When they had no joy there they advised me the best way forward, asking my to come back if I found I hit a dead end. I felt they went beyond their all of duty. We'll done Boots!
