I needed some advise and was unable to see my gp, went to the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist and she was able to give me some tablets, I will now ask to see the pharmacist first to see if they can help . Kind , caring and confidential service.

While on the school I suffered a severe nose bleed which was most unusual as I am 43 and don't recall ever having one and was very concerned. I popped into Day Lewis, shanklin in both the staff and the pharmacist helped clean me up and provided me with a sick bowl. I asked if it was something to worry about and the pharmacist funnily said had I been 'playing with my nose'. That was a no? They then asked me some questions whilst calming me down and said they want to take my blood pressure. It was 176/113. The pharmacist told me to go straight to the doctors were I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I am now off work, on medication and now need under go a series of test. When I went to collect my prescription the pharmacist took me back into a private room and explained everything a lot more clearer. They wanted me to sign a form as this is new medication and wanted my phone number so that they could phone me after a week to see how I was getting on. Without the help of the pharmacist and their fabulous staff this would have gone undetected and who knows where the bleed would have been next. I wanted to thank them all during this life changing moment x

I needed my medication a day earlier than when due and the staff were happy to make up my prescription for me. Always helpful and nothing is to much trouble, always kind and caring.
