The place is a joke. You get referred to them by the GP and they don't even answer the phone. When you go there for a prescription, 90% of the time, they don't have the item in stock so you have to go elsewhere.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy, rang them to ask about prescription that was sent electronically. On the phone for 30 minutes, no one answered phone, they must all wear ear plugs, or have phone turned down, or better still to busy to answer ha ha joke .if their was no camera in the pharmacy, anyone could walk in and clear the shelves, their is never any one in the shop to serve you, must be one of the worst pharmacy in Carlisle.

The amount of times they get it wrong is appalling the amount of times there is no one to dispense your medication is appalling it’s dangerous and something needs to be done before someone dies from this absolute joke of a shop.
