Sorry we are a few tablets short of your prescription we only have 26 of your 28 . And we also have our computer down so there will be a 20 minute delay. This is a joke I walk out and go to a proper chemist.

my tablets due four days ago. no text. no contact from them nothing. Goes in this morning and pharmacists is clueless. perscription again not been collected from doctors. my wife has had the same problem with her cancer drugs at same harrogate store for 3 months. Ive been to docs and cancelled boots service they are a waste of space. i need to find a proper pharmacy. somewhere where they care about customers.

They ignore repeat prescriptions until you turn up to collect them, instead of preparing them in advance like any competent team would do. I was told I'd have to wait 10 minutes for my medication because of this. 30 minutes later, I was told they hadn't got it, even though it's a very common drug. Since repeat prescriptions are electronic, you can't take them elsewhere. I went back today as instructed, only to find "we're open all day" was a lie- I got there at 14:15 and the pharmacist has decided to take a break away from the store, so prescriptions can't be issued until 15:00. They seem to think "you'll just have to come back another day" is satisfactory service! This is the third time in a row I've suffered this sort of service. Time to find out how to change pharmacy! I am putting this on here to try to prevent anyone else getting stuck with repeat prescriptions being sent here.
