I previously complained about this pharmacy over issues with not being given the whole of the prescription as in more than one bag on repeat prescriptions. They have now changed how these are done, only making up the prescription when you come in to collect. So far so good! Seems a better approach and reduces wastage from 'non-collectors'. I don't know whether my moan was part of change, it does feel like I was heard, so very happy. Original Comment Report...
