Very very very leisurely service. Leave about half an hour to reach the counter, and another half hour to collect your prescription. Bring a picnic and a thermos flask.

I attend this chemist once a month to pick up my prescription. Every single time has been a problem. On my last recent visit, I found one member of staff extremely rude and abrupt. I did not catch her name unfortunately. I had to hand in the prescription over the counter, and was quickly told to stand back behind the yellow line, before I had a chance to even move. My arms are not 2 metres long, I cannot physically hand over a prescription without crossing their yellow line. I think during these stressful times their staff should have more training in customer care, as it is clearly lacking in this chemist!
